The Basic Information

The 6th Adult Learners North West concert will be held on Saturday 17th July 2010
at
St Pauls Church
Huddersfield Road
Stalybridge
Cheshire
SK15

Run-throughs in the morning will start at 10.30 am

Please bring a picnic lunch

The main concert will start at 2.00 pm

Refreshments will be available throughout the morning and during the concert interval.

The price for each participant will be £10.

As there are a limited number of performing slots available in order to keep the concert to a reasonable length it may be advisable to book early. Choice of repertoire may be notified up to the closing date though if you need an accompanist sooner is better. Once fully subscribed there will be a waiting list as it is not uncommon for there to be some degree of drop out

Entry to the afternoon concert only for drivers/spouses/offspring/teachers £3.00 payable on the door. NB Small offspring will only be allowed at the discretion of the organisers.

Any surplus will be donated to Volunteer Reading Help Greater Manchester South and East Branch.

If anyone is prepared to help out with accompaniments please email me. Anyone performing as an accompanist only is not required to pay attendance fee.

The organiser is Susan Bailey (known to the ABRSM forum as Sbhoa).  She is the final arbiter on numbers of participants, length of time available to perform, definition of an adult learner and any other queries.
