This
website has been set up to provide information regarding the Adult Learners'
Concert North West suggested on the Adult
Learners' Forum within the website of the Associated Board of the Royal Schools
of Music.

The objectives of the concert are
·
to allow mature student
musicians to experience performing in front of an audience
·
to meet other mature student musicians
and share experiences with them
·
to demonstrate the fact that
learning music is a lifelong opportunity, and does not stop after leaving full
time education

Some comments from previous concert participants
"The whole idea is terrific, I enjoyed myself. I thought all the
participants did really well particularly when there had to be a
restart".
"Well organised - very friendly group - the whole thing is very
worthwhile."
"My daughter was really impressed about how supportive everyone was to
each other and how important music was to the adults. For a 14 year old
who has always played music it was a very different dimension."
